This was my first time for not only leasing a new Volkswagen but stepping into a Tasca dealership. The staff there was extremely friendly, courteous and very professional. With that being said, I highly recommend this dealership.

Unfortunately, my vehicle needs part of the engine replaced and has been in the shop since 7/6. Rubi worked as fast as she could to get the parts list completed after the official diagnosis. Unfortunately for us, Toyota Financial has been terrible to work with; for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle warranty with them DONT! An inspector was supposed to be at VW to look at my car within 72 hours and has yet to show up (the clock started on Monday 7/13) Rubi has been very communicative throughout this whole process and has done everything she can to help me through this extremely stressful situation. The service manager has also worked as fast as he can to get my car repaired and is doing what he can to help me, but again, Toyota Financial has not been helpful at all. Thank you, Rubi! I was very happy with my service - everyone at the service center was incredibly nice and helpful. I came to replace a flat tire and they informed me the new tire would be there in the afternoon, so they put the donut back on so I could go home and not be there all day. A few minutes after leaving, they called me back realizing the new tire was already in stock so that I could come back and have it changed out quickly. I really appreciated their communication and quick service on a busy day. Henry helped me and was so awesome!

Tasca VW-White Plains Service has great customer service all around before, during, and after the appointment. I got a quick courtesy call from Jennifer the night before to confirm. When I arrived, Rubi Garcia handled the check-in, engaged in some pleasant conversation, and actually listened to the specific concerns I had about the car instead of just rushing me through. Smooth and professional from start to finish. Tasca VW has officially convinced me to SWITCH from my current VW service provider. Highly recommend.

The staff was very accommodating. They saw that I was walking with a cane, and someone immediately came to the door and asked me if I needed assistance. I said thank you, but not necessary. He held the door and directed me to the advisor. Everyone I encountered was kind and very helpful. More businesses should be fun like this. My hat goes off to all! Thank you Harry P

I purchased my vehicle from Tasca Volkswagen in March 2025 , a 2021 Tiguan and I was IN LOVE . The process was smooth and the overall experience 5 stars !! However when I started having problems with the exhaust letting out blue smoke on start up, I called the service department to try to make an appointment and see about a loaner because I can not be without my car , I drive pretty far for work.. once I mentioned the loaner situation I was met with DISGUSTING attitudes by the woman who answered the phone , she asked if I purchased my vehicle with Tasca and after I told her yes , nothing changed she actually seemed even nastier .. I decided to take my services to Teddy Volkswagen in the Bronx and I must say BEYOND 5 stars , customer service excellent , communication is excellent , and they did their best to solve my problem and get me in a loaner last minute while my car was out of commission for 2 weeks . Would not recommend Tasca AT ALL ! Only reason for the 3 stars is because of the wonderful experience with sales
