I highly recommend Mark Richards in sales. He was honest, straight to the point and very accommodating. He went above and beyond to meet my preferences and was very patient at every step, answering all my questions and making sure I was comfortable with my decisions. Definitely the person to go to at this location.
Just needed a quick fix for a small issue still covered by warranty. But I was able to book an early appointment and get it fixed quickly and without fuss. Can’t get better than that with car services.

Overall, a good car buying experience. We felt like the salesman was working hard to find incentives. Numbers didn't change once we sat down with finance as has happened with dealers in the past. In 20 years of car buying and leasing, this was possibly the least stressful experience.
Absolutely top notch service. Rubie was my rep who held my hand through the process and Nick the Head Tech went over and above to help me out 10/10 would recommend.
AVOID TASCA! As a lifetime VW customer, I can confirm this dealership is sloppy and unprofessional. Jean Hernandez, my salesperson, has dodged every one of my calls post sale due to his mishandling of my end of lease. His absolute lack of communication indicates he is ineffective, powerless, and not intelligent enough to be a customer facing employee. The management is all about a slick, cheating attitude towards the consumer. Women- be especially aware of this sexist, dodgy and cheating dealership.

Needed them to slot me in ASAP as I was far away from home and they obliged, giving me a morning service slot for the next business day. Promptly took care of my issue and I was done in about an hour. Friendly staff. Nice waiting room. I used to live in NY and they have always provided great service.
I needed a rapid response to my issue as I could not leave my wife alone due to her medical condition. Sara got me an immediate appointment and offered a drive home as well as pick up at no charge. My car was taken in as soon as I arrived at my appointment time and the mechanics couldn't have been more attentive. Problem solved and I didn't need to leave my vehicle. Thank you Tasca team.
This was my first time for not only leasing a new Volkswagen but stepping into a Tasca dealership. The staff there was extremely friendly, courteous and very professional. With that being said, I highly recommend this dealership.
Unfortunately, my vehicle needs part of the engine replaced and has been in the shop since 7/6. Rubi worked as fast as she could to get the parts list completed after the official diagnosis. Unfortunately for us, Toyota Financial has been terrible to work with; for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle warranty with them DONT! I was very happy with my service - everyone at the service center was incredibly nice and helpful. I came to replace a flat tire and they informed me the new tire would be there in the afternoon, so they put the donut back on so I could go home and not be there all day. A few minutes after leaving, they called me back realizing the new tire was already in stock so that I could come back and have it changed out quickly. Tasca VW-White Plains Service has great customer service all around before, during, and after the appointment. I got a quick courtesy call from Jennifer the night before to confirm. When I arrived, Rubi Garcia handled the check-in, engaged in some pleasant conversation, and actually listened to the specific concerns I had about the car instead of just rushing me through. Smooth and professional from start to finish. Tasca VW has officially convinced me to SWITCH from my current VW service provider. Highly recommend.
The staff was very accommodating. They saw that I was walking with a cane, and someone immediately came to the door and asked me if I needed assistance. I said thank you, but not necessary. I purchased my vehicle from Tasca Volkswagen in March 2025 , a 2021 Tiguan and I was IN LOVE . The process was smooth and the overall experience 5 stars !! Both Jenn and Henry in service were great. I got an appointment quick at this dealership and they were quick at servicing my vehicle and getting it back to me.

When i purchased my Volkswagen tiguan, I was told one thing but turned out to be a lie..(leave that right there) That rubbed me wrong.. One other thing is I was supposed to get 2 key fobs but was told it was somewhere else, but i will get it. Still waiting a week later for the second one.. smfh...
The Tasca Volkswagen customer service representative went way beyond what was needed and expected during my recent visit. After we determined that my current extended warranty was not represented on my profile, he spent a great deal of time on the phone with the warranty company, reworking the estimate so I could take full advantage of my warranty investment. I'm tremendously grateful!

Sold me a car that has a major safety issue of the rear bumper reinforcement being completely destroyed on the driver side it’s a 2023 vw Jetta and they refused to cover the repair cost for a car that should not have been sold in the first place

The woman that helped me the other day was very helpful. My oil change was done in less than an hour. I would recommend.
Very friendly staff, but they fail to follow through. They were to call to set up an appointment and never did. Also took car to get serviced and they did the oil, but that was it. A week later the wiper fluid light went on. Obviously you need to specify everything you need to get done when bringing a car in to get serviced, something I thought was automatic and they checked everything, but I guess not. A bit disappointed.
